We dare to say that our restaurant is located at one of Sweden's most beautiful vantage points. The fact that the kitchen is also renommered for its cooking art does not make things worse. Many are the regulars who talk about the special "Orbaden feeling". Our well-trained chefs and dedicated staff, the care of the ingredients, the high demands on hygiene and the environment make eating an experience and enjoyment.

With us, the focus is on"produced" – our menus revolve around what our own 2000 sqm cultivation has to offer for the season. What we do not grow ourselves, we buy as much as possible from local producers. The focus is also on a lot of green, it should be tasty and easy to eat healthy – but we also don't want to deny anyone the opportunity to revel in homemade princess cake or the kitchen's famous Jansson's temptation.

Blueberries have always been close to my heart. They cure a lot of ailments and give a sweet kiss when you eat them fresh in the woods... You get all blue about your lips. Fresh spruce shoots are pure poetry for a few spring weeks here in Hälsingland. Greeting citrons, I call them. They heal and heal internal and external ailments.
