Q&A Corona
Are you open?
Yes, welcome with your booking. For larger bookings, please call us.
What are you doing to reduce the spread of infection?
In what position should I avoid visiting you?
- If you belong to any of the risk groups, you should avoid visiting a facility of this size during the corona crisis, we are happy to welcome you when this is over.
- Also stay at home if you are ill with general malaise, cough, fever or cold.
- We do not want you to visit us if you have been in contact with someone who has been diagnosed with Covid-19.
Is the restaurant open?
Yes, the restaurant is open. Breakfast and lunch are served as a buffet, but it is of course possible to get a plate-serviced lunch, dinner is served at the table. We have a reduced number of tables in the restaurant. We also offer room service for those who want to eat their meals in their rooms instead. Please see the Restaurant tab for menu and opening hours.
Is the spa open?
Yes. There is no indication that Covid-19 can spread to humans via swimming pools as long as they are properly chlorinated, as all our pools are. With a reduced occupancy rate and clear information for guests, we do everything we can to reduce congestion around pools and in changing rooms.
Below is a link to Svenska Spahotell, where you will find information about what applies to member facilities during these times.
Can a hotel or restaurant count as a public gathering?
No, a hotel is instead subject to the congestion rules decided by the Public Health Agency of Sweden. Thus, to keep more distance from each other, set the table airier and avoid queues around bars and buffets. A general gathering is clearly defined by law, and refers, for example, to a demonstration, lecture, gathering for religious practice, a theatre, concert or a cinema performance. In order for a meeting to be seen as general, it must be organised for the public or for the public to have access to it.
